Danny Bollmann
I'm Danny Bollmann, a devoted health professional and entrepreneur from St. Paul, MN. My journey into health and wellness started in my teens, fueled by a passion for weightlifting and healthy eating. This path led me to a fulfilling career in pediatric nursing, amassing six years of valuable experience in Western medicine. Concurrently, my personal health journey fostered a deep appreciation for holistic well-being.
In 2023, I took a leap into entrepreneurship, launching my own business as a holistic health coach with a focus on nutrition and stress management. This venture allows me to seamlessly integrate my medical expertise as a registered nurse with mindfulness and holistic practices, guiding individuals to overcome stress and anxiety naturally.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find inspiration and joy in life's simple pleasures—especially the marvel of children, the warmth of family, and the serenity of nature. When I'm not engrossed in my work, you'll likely find me exploring the woods, foraging for medicinal plants and edible mushrooms—a testament to my holistic approach to wellness and deep connection to the earth.
